Online! That would make too much sense.

Although with the issues they had with rolling out online dining, if something went wrong, it would be worse.

called promptly at opening- even got the not open message, but since then, can't even get a ring ring- just busy.

on hold isn't so bad but for the stupid guy telling me to asked my CM a buncha questions!!

Well, just hit the 31 minute mark on hold...
I didn't get any "hold time" message - matter of fact - was on hold BEFORE hold music. Had dead air for a couple of minutes before It's a Small World came on.

I need to leave in abuot an hour, so hopefully I'll get picked up before that. Makes you wonder what the queue order is though. If you get through right at 7am, unless callers behind you get ahead of you, can it really be that long of a hold?

This is bringing back nightmares of the conversion from a 90 day to 180 booking window.

So, what option did people push when they called? Dining Reservations or Special Dinning Events?

Just curious if that impacts your queue time - I picked dinning reservations, I've never picked special dinning events.

Called in right at 7, it said 25 min wait. CM answered at 7:28 and i got my ressie to see Whoopi on 12/10! Hang in there everyone.

That's the show we want............36 minutes and counting!

dialed @ 7 on the dot and it's STILL fast busy 36 minutes later on 2 phones. I guess there goes all hope for CPP on Christmas Eve.

Called at 7:00 and waited for 25 minutes. A CM answered and I couldn't get the speakerphone to work or figure out how to switch off speaker on my brand new cell phone. She hung up and now I can't get back in.

Bless the TA who mentioned calling on that line! I went from all circuits are busy to on hold with a 30 minute wait. Still waiting 25 mins in.

Anyone that is crazy enough to try this again should book with a TA and make them do it!

Got in right at 7 and was told I'd be on hold for 30min. Right at the 30 min mark, they picked up!! I was able to get my first choice, LeCellier for 12/13 at 4p for the 6:45 show!!!

Didn't start dialing until 7:17, forgot it was this morning. Have gotten nothing but busy signals ever since. Have to go get ready for work and will keep trying after. Hoping for 12/4.
