I know more than a few Disney Parks Blog readers who’ll be thrilled to learn that Candlelight Dinner Packages at Epcot now go on sale on August 26. Candlelight Dinner Packages include dinner, a guaranteed seating section for the Candlelight Processional, and pre-arranged fireworks viewing. You’ll be able to purchase tickets by calling 407-WDW-DINE on the 26th.

We’ll have more details on the event’s schedule in a future blog post but we can share an early look at some of the confirmed narrators for the 2010 Candlelight Processional:

We are hoping for the 16th, the night we arrive. I think it would be a fun way to kick off the vacation! We have never done this before so any suggestions on what tier and what restaurant to do? There are four of us all together, ds (10) and dd (7).

I am a teacher and sure hope I can get through before class starts that morning. We are dvc so I guess that means I can call them and they can help me out with the CP package. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Wow, I am impressed - you have an alarm that you can set this far in advance? I guess it is on a smart phone.

I have my calendar marked and will set the alarm after I get up on the 25th for the following morning. I've been waking up on my own every morning for the last several weeks before 7:00 am but I'm not taking any chances for the 26th!

The day they go on sale is actually my 40th birthday. I'm not looking for CP package but just a plain ole ressie for Garden Grill. I'm hoping some might cancel their ressie and move to the CP. Here's hoping....

I would not wait to call Member Services with DVC. They open at 9 ET but Disney Dining opens up at 7 ET. That means everyone would have a 2 hour jump on you. You better just call Disney Dining at 7. I have a feeling everything will be filling up fast.

Oh, that would make such a nice birthday gift for you. And you can just "park" on-line and keep checking for an opening instead of hanging on your phone for who knows how long.
