Just a quick question. With the participating restaurants, can you order off the menu or are they pre fixe options? Obviously excluding the buffets/ family style restaurants.

There isn't a special pre fixe menu for the Candlelight Dining Package. At participating restaurants for lunch/dinner you will be able to choose an appetizer, entree, non alcoholic beverage, and dessert.
