Candlelight processional dinner package

I am doing some research for our December trip. I see that the dinner packages opened up for booking in June this past year. Since the ADR's are now down to a 90 day window, will that effect the ability to book the candlelight processional dinner package in June??? Obviously June is not 90 days prior to December. Or can anyone book in June regardless of their check in date?

Since everything is moving to 90 days, my guess is that the Candlelight Processional will be no different.
