Candlelight Processional cancellation

Can lunch/dinner reservations for the Candlelight Processional be cancelled? Is there a penalty if the trip is cancelled and I cannot attend?

I believe that you can cancel up to 48 hours prior to the reservation.

If you don't cancel before 48 hours prior, and you don't show up, there is a per-person no-show penalty (not sure how much - it might be $10-$20 per person) that will be charged to the credit card you gave as a guarantee.

From what CM told me this morning, if you cancel after 48 hour mark, your charged full price for the package.
