Candlelight Processional 2012?

I know the Candelight Processional is usually held the first weekend in December, but I was wondering about this year since December 1st is a Saturday. Is it usually on a Saturday and Sunday night? Or Friday and Saturday night? We are trying to plan a trip for early December and would like to avoid the additional crowds that the event draws in. What about cast member parties? We have to go Thursday-Sunday, so I'm thinking the 6th through 9th would be best. Advice, tips, experience?

The Candlelight should be Dec 1 and 2nd. Should know by June, but based on past years, it would be the 1st and 2nd.

The Cast parties have changed the past few years, adn if the last 2 years remain the norm, it should be the 10th and 11th.

So cast member parties are usually on a Monday and Tuesday? That's nice since we will be going probably Thursday through Sunday.
