We have never been to this and are considering going. We will be with my 71 year old mom (uses scooter). Any feedback from those who have come before? Thanks!

What are you wanting to see? The entire performance? The processional? How log are you willing to hold a spot?

I think we would like to see the musical selections at the train area. I think we could park out a while, but that is what I am wondering... Is waiting for multiple hours necessary or more like a parade wait? Read some wait from park opening...
Thanks for your experience.

Most of the seating areas open to the public will be filled at opening. There is a handicap area for ECVs and such, but I am not sure how fast it fills up. Multiple hours should be expected.

We were behind one section for ECV viewing last year. The view wasn't great, so I would recommend camping for a better spot if a great view is what you want. Otherwise, the wait could be compared to the wait for PTN.

If you want a shorter wait, see the 2nd performance. You will want to get in line before the first and you will hear/see a lot of the first, but you should get a pretty good spot.
