Candlelight Picking up Tickets

Hello! Can you pick up your Candlelight Package anywhere besides the Candlelight office at the front of Epcot? I thought you could get them at your resort, but the info I have says at Epcot. If anyone knows for sure, I would appreciate the info. Thanks.

I got mine from guest relations at the Poly last year and I'm having them sent to guest relations at the GF this year.

Last year I picked mine up when I checked-in to my resort as it was within 7 days

Do you have to request for them to be sent to be a specific resort? I'm not picking mine up from the resort we are staying at, and the CM just send I could pick them up from any resort, so I didn't think I had to request it. Do I need to call back?

They are 'generic' as such, they can just check the computer, verify you and give them to you.
