Candlelight Package w/Tokyo Dining

I booked an ADR for 12/17 for 5:30 dinner, 8:15 processional performance for the Candlelight Processional for 2 adults - my DD and I LOVE sushi and decided on Tokyo Dining but I'm not really sure how this will work with our $53.99 package? A lot of the dinner menu is 2 pieces and such - is there a set menu for the package dinner? Will we be able to pick and choose suchi (unfortunately, we are BOTH allergic to shrimp but love all other seafood).

We did the package in December and I am pretty sure there are set items on menu you can choose but if you want something different you can pay the difference.

Even the set items you had plenty of choice.
