No, got here about 12. Was standing by Lincoln trying to come up with a strategy when a woman sitting down left. I checked with the people next to her and they said she thought people were waiting for the parade, so I was welcome to take it. My friends joined me about 2:15. We ended up being right at the rope so had a great view! Chris was a very good narrator, very deep voice. And he gave a nice mini-speech about peace and happiness and thanked everyone for joining him.

They didn’t specifically say he was doing the next one but called him “tonight’s guest narrator”, so I assume he is.

I wish! We go once a year. Our last trip was the week before Thanksgiving last year.

The first night, I think he got cold, because he was dressed much warmer the second night. His wife and kids were there too. The first night it was his double sitting in the guest seats with I think it was his kids.

When my daughter found out it was Chris she said we watch to watch it. Thanks to this post!!! We get a spot behind the benches on the right side of the stage. We got our spot at 6:45. He did a great job. Well worth the time standing.

We got into the park at 7:45am on Sunday and those benches were we stood behind the night before were already occupied.
