Candelight Processional -confused about preferred seating

My gosh! I am so confused about the preferred seating area for illuminations for those who reserve the candelight processional dinner, see the show and run over to the preferred seating area. No one at dining seems to know where this area is. I was told the World Showcase. Ok where in the showcase? Does it have chairs? Is it roped off? I am beginning to wonder if it even exists. Can anyone help me?
