Can I add the candlelight package to an existing ressie at chefs de France?

No. You will have to make a new reservation specifically for the candlelight Processional package. The reservation times are limited and are specific for each show. Lunch reservations for the 5 pm show...etc. There are 3 showtimes.

I did lunch at Chefs deFrance last year and had seating for the first show. If I were to be able to do it again, I would think about doing a later show. I saw Neil Patrick Harris, and he was great.
