Cancelling through AAA

Hi! I have a package booked through a AAA TA for August. I planned a last minute trip in May, and have decided that I want to get an AP while I am there in May. I want to cancel my August package through AAA and book a room only reservation myself, buying the other tickets separately from UT, and paying OOP for food. My questions are: has anyone ever cancelled through a AAA TA? Do you get all of your deposit back? Or is it gone? I have already put 1000 dollars down on this vacation, and am wondering how much I will be refunded. Also, I made my ADR's at 180+10, and had to give my reservation #. Will I still have my ADR's because my reservation number has changed?

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. I tried to call my TA and ask her, but apparently she takes Monday's off. Which is another reason I just want to cancel straight up with her and have my control over my trip myself!

You should get it all back except $25.00 per person. But you know they can make a room only reservation for you then you wont lose anything.
