Cancelling Reservations Held With Credit Card

If you are cancelling a reservation held by a credit card (i.e. LeCellier Candlelight Processional package), can you just go to your reservations page and cancel it or do you need to actually call to cancel? I don't want our card to be charged for not cancelling within 48 hrs. Thanks in advance for any info!

I cancelled a paid-in-advance reservation (Cinderella's Royal Table) that I made online, online through the regular system and the amount was refunded within a few days. You can always print out a page of the "cancelled" notice just to be safe, but I'm sure it will be fine.
