Does anyone know what happens when doing the following?
(1) Make reservation A which uses 100 banked points.
(2) Make reservation B which uses 100 current year points.
(3) Cancel reservation A.
Are you left with 100 banked points since that is what reservation A was using, or is the reservation system smart enough to switch reservation B to use the now free 100 banked points rather that the 100 current year points that it was using.
Or do I have to cancel both reservation and rebook B to make sure I use the banked points first?
Thanks.
