I have a renter for May 30- June 5. The renter just informed me that he would like to stay only May 30 and 31 and move the other dates to later in the year. Today is April 30.....am I able to still modify his reservation to just 2 days without losing the other points (65) or without having them go into holding status. I am on hold with MS - but they say another hour to hold. Help please? Does the Covid deadline apply to modifications, as well as cancellations, where points are returned to use year without going into holding?
