Cancelling one member of party?

Hello everyone,

I just submitted a request for quote to Dreams Unlimited for Oct. 2006
4 of us. Me and DW, plus DD, and DS.
My question concerns DD. She will be starting her freshman year in college and may or may not be able to get away. If she can't what is the cancellation policy for one member of the party. Come to think of it, what's the cancellation policy for the whole group?

if you cancel after the cancellation "window" you will have the cancellation penalities for the one member who you remove from the ressie...

Hopefully we'll know if DD can make it or not 76 days beforehand.
