cancelling cruise

If you have a TA, inform them. We use DU, and then our TA sent us information about the DCL cruise insurance. You tell the TA because they can tell you how much DCL is giving you, and then you know how much you will get from the insurance.

We cancelled our December cruise about a month out.

Everything cabin related goes through the TA. If you don't have a TA (booked w/Disney yourself), I'd say contact Disney.

Although, I'm sure you'll need paperwork for the trip insurance to pay out. Good idea to find out what you need before calling Disney/TA. It should be in your policy, or you can call them. I would do this first, but not spend a lot of time on it before contacting Disney/TA.
