Cancelling at 31 days with split stay

Hey friends! I just wanted to confirm that you have to cancel at 31 days prior to the RESERVATION start and not the entire stay. We had to do a split stay in a few months and have two separate reservation numbers.

One starts on March 25 and the next starts on March 28. When the policy says 31 days, Does that mean I have until Feb 24 and Feb 27 to cancel/modify if needed? Do I have to count back 31 days from check in? And just to confirm, since each reservation is separate, I have 2 different "31 day check in windows" correct?

You do not have to wait until 31 days prior to cancel. That is the last day you have to cancel by, so that the points do not go into your holding account.
Yes, you have two different check-in window dates.
These two different check-in dates apply to DVC rules for check-in and MDE for both dinining and FP+ reservations.

Actually, you're February cancel dates are off. Remember, February only has 28 days in a normal year.

I think Feb 22 and Feb 25 are your 31 days.

Remember that if it's the same booking type MS may combine them into a single reservation.
