Cancelling an Apple Stroller Rental?

I am attempting to cancel a stroller rental for next week with Apple Strollers but their 1-800 number says that it's out of service. I can't tell if this is just because I'm trying to call from Canada or if it truly is out of service. Unfortunately I can't call long distance from work so need to try calling their other number during business hours. I called around 10 last night and all it did was ring and ring.

Has anyone successfully contacted Apple recently? If so, how did you do it?

I haven't done it recently I forget what number we used but can you do it online?

I actually JUST called and canceled my Apple reservation. I called the 1-800-701-1971 number. I was on hold for a little while, but got it canceled no problem!

You can't connect to a toll free number from put of the us. However on the website is a modify tab. You need your confirmation number.

I've tried this but cannot see a cancellation option. I'll try to call their regular number from home tonight. If all else fails I'll ask a friend in the US to call the 1-800 number to call and cancel it for me.

Hey friend!!

Decided to cancel our reservation and save the money. We've extended our vacation by 1 day so the price of the stroller rental will cover a good portion of our extra night.

The one she uses at home works great for us. She doesn't sleep in it too often and when she does she manages just fine.

Our KY friend ended up helping me out and calling to cancel for me. Thanks S!
