I have a couple of park reservations made for my upcoming April trip. How late can I cancel a park reservation? Can it be same day? Is there a penalty fee for last minute cancellations? TIA.

Same day. We just did this on a recent trip in early December. Had HS reservation and once I got shut out of ROTR, I rebooked to Epcot. As long as you don't enter the park you have reserved you can cancel and rebook to another. Just make sure the park that you are rebooking to is still "green".

I have cancelled several park reservation and made new ones. Just go into your plans and you can cancel and schedule at a different park if there is space available.
