Cancelling a Guest on Reservation

Looks like my mother-in-law won't be joining us on our trip this week, she's been having some health issues.

Do I just call MS to take her off the reservation? Or do I just leave it and tell them when we check in she is not joining us?

If its just a standard room-only DVC reservation, there is no reason to do anything. You might wind up with an extra keycard when you check in, but there really isn't anything to change.

Just call MS and have her name taken off the reservation. It can be done at check in but probably easier to do it ahead of time and be done with it.

You also can email them and have it done.

just leave it alone unless your on the DDP. They just might cancell the wrong name

Thanks for the responses! I decided to call and cancel now. Double checked to make sure they didn't cancel the wrong name, so everything looks okay for the reservation.
