Cancelling a DVC ressie

Can someone explain all the rules involved in cancelling a DVC ressie, I am due to travel May 30 I am using some banked points from last year along with current year points. I am trying to find the information but just can't locate it. Unfortunately I have an injured foot and am not confident I will be able to handle the trip.

Sorry to hear you have to delay your trip. Since you are still outside the 31 day cancellation window, all your points will go back into the account with no restrictions. Your banked points will still have to be used by the end of the UY, but any other points, if you are still in your banking window, can be banked for next year.

If you used any borrowed points, those will not be returned and must be used by the end of your current UY.
