Cancelling a Disney reservation through Travelocity

Any one ever book and had to cancel a Disney reservation through Travelocity? How did it go? Did they refund your money promptly? Were you able to talk to an American to do so?

I canceled a Disney resort reservation that I had made online at Travelocity.com a couple of weeks ago. Very easy - just login to your Travelocity account (or find the link in the email confirmation they sent you, if you didn't create an account at that time - you need the "Travelocity Trip ID" to cancel), then look at your trips, and choose the one you want to cancel. The money was refunded to my credit card very quickly - 2 business days iirc. Good luck!
