Cancelling 2 people in your room...

My sister was planning on taking her two godchildren with us in September. However, she has just learned that the children will probably not be able to go due to competiton cheerleading conflicts. They are a party of 4- two adults and two children over 10. It is under the 45 day mark...will she be able to get her money back for the kid's park tickets? TIA
