Cancelled Reservation still showing in MDE

I cancelled and have the confirmation email for the reservation. It's been 2 weeks since I cancelled and it is still in MDE and now it says that it is Guaranteed by Credit Card even though I made this reservation long before that policy and even cancelled before the policy was official. Since I have the confirmation email and number, do I really need to call them or do you think it's a glitch in MDE?

It's a glitch. Happened to me too. I called them today to confirm that it was canceled.
