Cancellations?

A few days after we e-mailed our travel agent to book 6 nights at the AKL, she went on vacation for two weeks. Now nothing is available for 2/8-2/14. How likely is it that there will be cancellations?

There was a cancellation yesterday for Animal Kingdom Lodge standard view. We booked it immediately, of course. We wanted Savannah View, but who cares- we're going to Disney World!

The chances are 50/50. Your best bet is to call when they open each morning. Cancellations are held throughout the day and uploaded after closing. So, first thing in the morning is when they have the most availability and choices (unless it's changed in the past two years from when I worked CRO).
