Need some help with the new AP program. I know it is nonrefundable and there is a charge of $50 to make a change. If I book dates in November and then cannot go, but want to change them to July would I still only be charged $50?

I think you can but my question would be:

If I book Best rate, and pay $50 to change to dates that are not yet open for best rate-will they lower my rate LATER to whatever best rate they release?
