If my hubby doesn't want to go can I get a refund on his paid tickets that I bought?

I don't think so. But as long as his ticket isn't used then it will not expire and you can save it and use it on a future trip for him or anyone else. Once it is used then it is non-transferable and can only be used by that person, and it will expire 14 days after first use, unless you add the no expiration option.
