If I book now at RPR the "STAY 4, PLAY FREE" offer (through Universal on line reservations) can I cancel it without any penalty?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation up to 5 days prior to your arrival date with no penalty.

As long as you didnt book with Universal Vacations. If you book this through Universal Vacations there is a $50 cancel fee per person 4-44 days prior to arrival.

Be sure to check the rules for cancellation. Often you will find that package deals have different cancellation policies than room only policies.
