Cancellation Policy

Can someone please enlighten me??

On a package you can cancel up to 45 days prior with no penalty
and with less than 45 days I believe you can upgrade at any time without a penalty either.What was the penalty for downgrading?? Anyone know?? We are currently booked at AKL,but, CSR has just opened up and I'm thinking of splitting our stay to try CSR.We are currently on the 30 days window (Yipee!! )


Please help !!!

I could be wrong (and I know others will correct me if I am) but I think you can downgrade with no penalties. If you are paid in full, they should either send you a refund check or have that credit applied to your account for when you arrive.
