Cancellation Policy

DH and I are taking DS for the first time during free dining (we'll be booking on Thursday ). I know that since we are getting a package we have to cancel at least 45 days before our check in date or we loose $100 per package. I have a few questions. If we cancel on say 48 days before the trip there is no cancellation fee, is this correct? Also, when they $100 per package does that mean that DH has 1 package and I have another so that totals two packages? DS is 2 doesn't need a package. Thanks!

The deposit is $200 per package. For example--I booked a room/tix/dining for dh, dd and me--that's one package, one $200 deposit. If we cancel before hte 45 day mark the $200 is refundable.

gotcha! I was confused about what they considered a package!

If you added the insurance the package that will not be refunded. But everything else is credited back to the credit card you used.

We had thought about getting the insurance since we never know what may happen but it did not cover if his leave was to be cancelled or if he was to be deployed. So it'd be just as cheap to loose the $200 as it would be the insurance.
