Cancellation Policy for Hoop-de-doo

What is the cancellation policy for Hoop-de-doo? Since it is an advanced purchase, what is the cancellation timeframe to get refunded?

Looking to book for a party of 7 and due to one of the party members being in their 80s, I would hate to lose out on the money if she decides she is not able to go a few days before.

I couldn't find their policy on the website, it actually says to call. Trying not to call this week if at all possible.

I just looked at my confirmation e-mail for the Hoop Dee Doo and it's a one day cancellation policy.

from what I have been told it is a 48 hour cancel. know our travel agent had us change days because of driving and not being able to cancel night before if a problem happened

I had a Sunday 6 pm reservation in August and cancelled it Saturday at 1 pm. The refund was on the next cc billing cycle.
