Cancellation policy for cash reservation?

Does anyone know what the cancellation policy for a DVC cash reservation is? To clarify if I want to book a night on cash via member services, what is required upfront? I was really hoping for an AP discount on a hotel room but weighing my options for the first night of our trip.

Cancellations must be made 5 days or more prior to the Check-In date to avoid penalty.

PLEASE NOTE: Reservations canceled 4 days or less from Check-In date will result in a charge of one night's room rate plus tax.

Thanks! In case anyone else is interested, they require a deposit of one night and you can cancel up to 5 days prior (as stated above).
