Does anyone know what the penalty (for no show or cancel within 48hrs) is for non "credit card guarantee" restaurants? For example; Wilderness Canyon Cafe, Biergarten, etc. I don't like to hold onto a reservation unless I am sure I will use it, but we do have a 2 year old and things dont always go as we plan! Thanks in advance.
