Cancellation on Check In Date

Tried to cancel a hilton head reservation that I will not be able to make tomorrow. It will not let me cancel online. IS cancellation on check in date points forfeited or waived currently?

Unfortunately yes. Sometimes you need to put back in an email address and then it will cancel.

I would brave the phone waits and call. In these times, they may give some pixie dust abs at the very least, only forfeit one night!!
