Cancellation not available??

I'm looking at cancelling a reservation to Chefs de France, but it's showing up with this notification, "Sorry, cancellation of this reservation is currently unavailable."

Is this just a temporary glitch or will we be unable to cancel at this point? It's for 12/24

I had that happen in early December. It's a temporary thing.
