Cancellation issues?

We decided to save The dvc points and booked the second part of our spring break trip at WL instead of BLT. We've never stayed there before so I thought it would be nice to book hoop de do and whispering canyon or mickeys backyard BBQ. Thought it would be nice to experience the atmosphere in the whole wilderness lodge/fort wilderness area. I want to cancel a few reservations obviously to do that but I am getting a message to call when I try to cancel.

I made them so am the one who can cancel just FYI. Well I am in an empty movie theater watching lego movie and was hoping to do it online while sitting here. (No one else is here but my 4 year old and he is not being bothered) obviously I can't call though. Is this some new policy? Website issue?

Obviously I will call when I leave but just wondering if I am the only one?

I thought you always had to call to cancel. Especially for prepaid bookings.

You aren't the only one. The system is very buggy. I had to cancel a bunch when we had to flip some days around and I had several that I had to call to cancel because the link to cancel in MDE would not work.
