Cancellation Emails Not Being Sent?

Anyone else having issues with that in the past few weeks?

I've cancelled a couple of reservations in the past few weeks and did not receive emails. I called MS about that and they could see the emails were never sent and were able to "resend" them. They suggested there may have been a glitch that day. But then I subsequently cancelled another reservation and also did not receive the relevant email.

I was wondering what are others' recent experiences with that?
 
I've never received a cancellation email when I initiate the cancellation. The only time I've received them is when MS merges reservations.
 
Good to know - I don't cancel much so I don't think I realized this before!
 
And a probable reason for not sending an email is that, for a cancellation, you can go to your DVC member site right after doing so and it will show that the reservation is gone and the points returned to the contracts they came from,
