Thought there was a FP sticky but can't find it. Can you cancel two of your FPs if you will not be using them? I just want to make sure to NOT cancel one of them.

You can cancel 1, 2, or 3.

If you cancel less than 3, you won't be able to add them back without calling tech support. I didn't find it easy getting the canceled 2 back when I called.

Or cancel all three and start over.

If you can cancel two, and keep 1. As soon as you use the 1, you can start adding the bonus fastpasses one at a time. I used the cancel option when I park hopped. Not much to use at Epcot. Cancel the remaining two, and start adding at DHS or MK when you get there.

@mesaboy2 says (as I recall - and he's the one with the big FP+ thread - invaluable) that it is never a good idea to cancel a FP+ If you just want to use one in one park and then hop you can schedule the other 2 earlier in the day or let them expire (while you're hopping). It is (as the PP mentioned) really hard to get any back if you cancel them (unless you cancel all 3).

Cancelling them will just cause problems. Just keep them and don't use them.

I have two FP I will definitely NOT be using. The one I do have that I will be using is TSM. It is in the evening right before our dinner ADR which is 10 minutes before the park closes. We will not be trying for a 4th FP anyway. I just feel weird having two FP that I know I won't use and that maybe someone else would like. We won't even be in DHS at the FP times.

Go ahead and cancel them then. Just don't change your mind. ;)

I won't be changing my mind. This trip is for seeing Christmas decorations more than riding rides. We want to see the 5:00 Candlelight Processional at Epcot before hopping to DHS to see the Osborne Lights and to eat at HBD. I didn't get to ride TSM last year and really want to this year, thus squeezing it in before our ADR. It is the only ride we would have time for anyway.

Just to clarify-I can cancel the two I don't want without affecting my TSM FS, correct?

Yes you can cancel just two and keep the one you want. For those of you who don't want to cancel them for fear of technical issues (very legitimate), please consider switching the others to less popular FP attractions that never run out. That way you are not blocking a spot someone else might be trying to get! :flower1:

I agree with this. Just switch them to something that never has a line and never runs out of fastpasses. For DHS, I would suggest Muppets & Little Mermaid.

It's not a sticky - click the green link in mesaboy's signature (post #6).

The problem with cancelling is the glitches.

In theory, it's no problem at all to cancel two FPs. In practice...things happen. I personally wouldn't want to risk it.

Ok. Just changed my Frozen Singalong to Muppets. Already had Little Mermaid. Guess I'll keep those just to be safe. Thanks for all the advice.
