canceling packages

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows what the penality for canceling a package is. I have a 4 night length of stay package booked and have now found a better deal. Does anyone know if it is possible to change this. I called my travel agent but I am not sure she knew what she was talking about. I think she didnt want to lose the booking.

read the stuff you were send - they should be the cost in there to cancel

I think it is $50 - it gets more the closer you are to your vacation time.

I am really frustrated with my travel agent!! I just called to ask her to check on rebooking for me. I really wonder if she will. She acted like I was asking for some huge favor. Isnt that her job???? I am thinking of trying to cancel and rebook through disney, has anyone done this before?

According to what I've read there is no penalty under 45 days before trip, $100 penalty up to 5 days and $200 after that. This is as long as there isn't any air fare involved. It's $50 to make a change that results in a cheaper rate.
