Canceling one person from Port Adventure

We have a reservation with 4 people. We want to drop one person. Can we modify it online? I can only see a "cancel" option, and I don't want to cancel/rebook because the excursion is sold out.

How far out are you from departing? Do you have some time to wait? I have a feeling even if a person gets on the ship at this point and goes right to the guest service desk they would give you what you ask for because they know there’s no way to get all the calls through right now.

Disney IT told my TA that we could, even though I said we couldn’t.
