Canceling Dining Reservations

I'm trying to cancel a dining reservation for 4 members of my traveling party on MDE.
There is no cancel it only offers says "remove my name" which isn't on the reservation and when I try to remove anyone it says I can't do that.
Am I going to have to call them to cancel this?

Is someone else the lead contact for the reservation? Do they have an MD account you can log into? If not, you can create one for them then cancel

Are you the person designated in MDE as managing the reservation? If so, I'm afraid you'll have to call. If you aren't the manager for that ADR, the person who is the manager should be able to cancel online.

I made the reservation but my name isn't included so that's why I cant cancel.
It's my oldest son's name so I will make an account ofr him and go in that way.

We have a trip 58 days out, so 2 days ago, we did our ADR's - and accidentally booked an Oga's for that exact day. We immediately tried to cancel, but it said we needed to call the Disney Dining number, which we tried to do ALL DAY and never got through - we were once on hold for over six hours!

Just saw that we were charged the $30 cancellation charge, which seems ridiculous, since we couldn't cancel online, and never were able to get through on the Dining phone number. Any suggestions?

Try Chat on the website. I'll bet you're not the first to do that.

Whenever I can't make a reservation or need to change it and the system is broken I just modify the reservation out 30 days. I keep trying to cancel after. Gives you extra time.
