We have to postpone our holiday trip, I will be canceling the following reservations in a day or so. They are for 5 people, unless otherwise noted. I will cancel them all on Friday at 1 pm central time. Or If you need any of them let me know and i can set up a time to cancel, so you can grab them.

Thanks, but we dont have to wait too long. We are now going about a month later at the end of January. But it will be a shorter trip!

I dont think i can change the name on them, someone correct me if im wrong? What i can do is set up a time i will call and cancel them, and you can call a minute or two later and try to snag it. Im usually available anytime between 9 am-6 pm central time. Just email me with a time you would like to me cancel.

I am not sure what the normal practice is but just today someone on Tour Guide Mike (which I subscribe) canceled their CM ressie for 9 people and had it put in my name for 5 people. She gave me our ADR number and told me what name she put it under (my name).
After she did that, she e-mailed me with the information, which I was SOOO grateful!

Sorry you have to postpone but how nice to offer!

If you look at the sticky in the top of this forum, it seems you can transfer them if someone wants it. That way there is no possible lag in them from you simply canceling them and hoping someone calls first. I didn't read thru that whole thread, but I bet it tells you somewhere how to transfer them directly to another individual.
