Canceling and magic bands?

Hello fellow Disney advice givers!

I've got a dilemma!

I will be at WDW July 19th-23rd and I have a family friend and her daughter joining me for what was suppose to be 3 nights and now will only be one. I also have another friend that will be with me during the length of stay. If I keep family friend and daughter on the reservation for the entire length of stay like I had planned, it's going to cost me over 100 extra dollars on our reservation. Our magic bands are in processing. What happens if I drop them from our reservation? Will they still get theyre magic bands? Will I need to pay for them to keep them? Can they still park at the resort for the day?? Disney said I can add they to our reservation at the desk for one night but they won't get personalized MBs. Just seems to be a pain to add them when they will be sleeping from 1 am-7 am.

Any advice will be great!

Drop them from the reservation now and add them back for the one night when you arrive. As the magic bands are in processing, there is a chance theirs will still be sent, but it doesn't matter. They will not charge you for their magic bands. Yes, as you will be adding them to the reservation when you check-in, they can park at the resort for the day.
