Cancelations for closings

Quick question on DVC cancelations on days the resorts are closed. Are they returning points to the original use year if you borrowed or is it the normal the points are now stuck in the use year you borrowed them into?

The reports last week were that borrowed points were being returned to their original use year, but apparently they have now changed policy and are returning them only to the current use year, with no exceptions. Apparently the only special concession now being made is that points do not go into holding.
