Cancelation for Saturday

My family was supposed to leave for Disney Thursday and I now have two sick parents and probably need to cancel our 2 week vacation AT the AKL. They are both not seriously ill but just sick enpught not to make the trip this week. We cannot travel any other time because of school conflicts. Our check in date is December 18th so I guess have to cancel today to get the five day refund.

Both parents are going to the doctor today but I don't think it is going to work out. Everyone is so sad and disappointed. Does anyone know the very last time I can cancel. This will be a hard call to make.

Sorry to hear that! I hope your parents get better soon.

If it is a room-only reservation, it is up to 5 days prior to arrival without penalty. So, it actually the 6th day prior or today.

'Tis NOT a cancellation, it's a postponement! Cancellations are so permanent, to where a postponement is GOING to happen eventually!
You hang in there and I hope your parents feel better soon. This time of year is poopy...gets so many of us! Can't wait til March!
