cancel & re-book park dates?

is it possible to cancel park dates & immediately re-book them? I just want to do a date swap as i noticed halloween fireworks are not available thur 9/29 (I love halloween fireworks..well, all disney done fireworks)...

thankfully they do currently so i need to do this asap
caveat, i will get kicked out from DCA early on thur if i do this swap...and i cant do park hopper upgrade (budget)
