Yes. Just call and they will handle it.

You can also just send them an email via the member website if you don't want to wait on hold.

Just check after to see that you have the correct amount of points and confirm the reservation is what you really wanted.
I typically call to make sure it gets done the way I want, once they drop a room, if by error you might not be able to get it back.
Also keep in mind the 30 day requirement for holding account and your banking dead line if you plan to bank any of the 'saved' points.

I would call MS directly and be online at the same time and check as they do it and after to be sure everything is correct.

I do this a lot. I call and stay on laptop to make sure it gets done right.
