Canadians using Magical Express

Sorry I posted this on the Transportation board, but not sure if it's more appropriate here.. I'll just copy what I posted:


Hi.. I just have a question about Canadians using ME.. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm flying out of Toronto, Canada (YYZ-MCO), if I preclear US customs in Toronto could I not just put on the yellow ME tags beforehand? If that is possible do I still have to pick up my bags at MCO?
